Caliber Collision

I went to this caliber collision, and the team was absolutely amazing. Beyond helpful and incredibly nice. I’m not super knowledgeable about cars, but they took the time and effort to explain everything and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. They are such a great team!!!!

Caliber Collision was amazing- the process for repairing my vehicle could not have been easier or gone more smoothly. Communication was clear and frequent, Tyneisha was a dream to work with, and my car feels brand new. They worked directly with Allstate insurance to facilitate a seamless claim process and they even cleaned the interior of my car as an added gift. If I ever get in another auto accident, which I hope I do not, I will definitely go back. :)

Absolutely excellent service from communication to repair work. Ashleigh, the service advisor who worked with me, was a pleasure. She clearly communicated everything from start to finish, which was a giant help as I’m not too knowledgeable regarding the ins and outs of car repair. She spelled out everything clearly and in terms I could understand. Everyone I dealt with at Caliber while my car was being repaired from a hit and run collision was friendly and helpful. The fact they’re a preferred service shop of my insurance company was an unexpected bonus and made things even easier. Thank you for a painless experience. Highest recommendation for sure!

Rebekah and the team were phenomenal— such great communication and care. And the work on the car is exceptional! The theft of our car was terrible, but we felt so much better once we had it back and it seemed like new. We have always found Calibers to be excellent, but this one is clearly the best among them.
