They fixed and did a great job on my black Tahoe. Brandon kept great communication and made it easy for me. Passenger door needed to be replaced. The SUV was ready ahead of the initial expected time. I really appreciated that. I had a Silverado fixed by them in the past and I recommend. I used the Pflugerville location.

My rating would be less that 1. My truck had front corner driver's side damage on the bumper. I first explained to the service advisor that there isn't any damage on the grill, so if you need to remove it, do you want me to because you can no longer purchase that grill anymore. She concurred stating the grill wasn't damaged and would not need to be removed. I still asked if they want me to remove it, the answer was "no need." I received a voicemail a few days later from the service advisor that they damaged my grill in their disassembly and that grill is no longer available. (EXACTLY WHAT I TOLD THE SERVICE ADVISOR) I paid over $530 for the part they broke and they agreed to only give me $300 and something for it because they can't get it. I took my car in on Monday 2/24 and they were estimating about two weeks so like 3/7 for repairs which I was understanding about, but I got a very lovely text this morning 2/28 saying my car would be ready today so that was a nice surprise to wake up to. Brandon was very helpful throughout the whole process and he was very straight forward and open about everything which I really appreciated. Since I was also paying out of pocket they were very transparent about pricing and how it could go up, but I understood since there could be more damage that you can’t see. Thankfully there wasn’t anymore issues and it was a very straightforward fix but I appreciated them being honest about the pricing. OH ALSO they cleaned my car and washed it! A few months ago, I had my windshield replaced on my new Volvo, and the technicians left dirty side panels and did not clean the glass properly. This time, I brought in another new car, and unfortunately, my experience was even worse. Not only did they again leave the side panels dirty, but they also did not clean the glass, which led to me cutting myself on the glass.
