I brought my car in for repairs after being rear ended by another driver, and I am very satisfied with the work and customer service. The paint and replacement parts look great and my car was even finished ahead of the estimated schedule. It made the holidays much less stressful being able to get my car back sooner than expected. I would specifically like to thank Reesa, my service advisor, for her A+ customer service. She was communicative, personable, witty, and all around a joy to work with. I hope that everyone has the chance to work with her because she will make your repair process one million times easier. She deserves all of the recognition for her hard work!

This is an incredibly professional and customer service oriented business, and I had more than 5 star service. After we rear-ended our van, GEICO sent us here, and I am so glad they did. They took great care of us, being very communicative along the way, and providing a rental car immediately once it was needed. They also allowed us to fix body work while there that was separate that we paid for at a very fair price, since they were working there anyway. But most importantly, they stand by their work. After we drove it home, the sensor lights all came on and the van seemed to overheat. We called them back and they sent a tow over right away and provided another rental car, no questions.
