I had a small deer strike that bowed the front quarter panel, and broke the mounts for the headlight and put a small Crack in the front bumper (very small but visible in the first picture to the left of the grill with deer hair in it). Given the minimal amount of damage to the bumper I requested verbally and in writing on the original paperwork that I want the old bumper returned to me as it was in reasonable good condition, it was the original and ceramic coated. I was assured several times this was fine and going to happen even if I had to pay a core charge to toyota. I also stated that I would pick it up within the hour of its removal so that it wouldn't occupy space in the shop. Does not even deserve 1 star, poor quality work, parts didn't fit, sandblasted paint, sensors going off now. Called and was meet with a very rude manager who tried to defend and blame it on my insurance. My insurance agent called after my call to them to correct the horrible quality and customer service as one of their certified shops. Would never recommend a company who does not take accountability for their actions and would prefer to speak rude to a customer and push blame elsewhere. You were paid well for a service and did not deliver on quality of work or customer service.

Great experience at caliber today. They have a great staff of friendly people. Very organized and efficient. They completed the work on my daughters car in a day and fixed exactly what was needed. No extra hard sell. I appreciate their honesty in evaluating the damage and then fixing. Their labor rate is very reasonable and do not overcharge. Thanks Dylan. Great experience. Make them your first stop or go to them after you have seen someone else to verify the damage and repair. You will definatly decide to use them.

Everyone there was nice and professional. They promised me I would have the car back in 2 weeks, delivered it in 5 days. The car was cleaned and the repair look like new. Very happy with the results. Only gave them 4 stars because I don’t know how the repair will hold up in time, staff was a 5 making them a solid 4 1/2 stars. Would use their service again!
