These guys are very professional with a clean environment. Anthony is very helpful and thoughtful as well. Even though they are busy Anthony made us feel like priority. I had an outstanding experience with Caliber Collision. Unfortunately, my vehicle was involved in an accident, and I chose to go with Caliber for the repairs. I promptly contacted Grace, who demonstrated both politeness and professionalism. Most importantly, she remained well-informed and provided updates at every stage. My vehicle underwent approximately two weeks of work, and the results were outstanding. Upon reviewing the minor details I was concerned about, I was impressed by how thoroughly this shop addressed them. Definitely would recommend this shop. From customer service to vehicle repair. My car was in an accident and I I went to them. From the first day before my care even arrived I spoke to Grace, hope I am spelling her name right...lol She made me feel good and let me know what would be the steps which made me feel comfortable. Throughout the entire time my car was there I would receive text and phone calls which made me feel at ease. They are professional, kind and get the job done.

Did an ok Job? Came In for Cosmetic Damage, Left with Mechanical Damage you could say Aiden Did an amazing job taking care of me and keeping me updated and I thank him for that! But the actual work done was alright Rear Bumper, Hatch, And Crash Beam Damaged in crash They replaced all those for me but in doing so -The Hatch LEAKS into my trunk all the time -The tint on the new hatch they replaced was Scratched, Faded purple, And had Lettering and Logos faded into it - Gave me a new tint after I saw the one they gave me, but when they did that they Scratched ALL my defrosting wires making my hatch fog all the time from it leaking as well - The Mud Flaps they gave me already broke -Took them 4 weeks to finish everything Everything cosmetic looks really good tho Only had the car for a week
