Caliber Collision

The Caliber location on Franklin has always done outstanding work on my vehicles. Lauren was great, and kept me informed through every step of the repair process. I would absolutely recommend this location for any body repair work you might need.

I give them 0 stars. They were absolutely terrible in communication. I feel like they are company that takes adavange of women and people with insurance because they know they will get paid. Repair was only supposed to take 2 weeks. It took almost 4 weeks because they didn't have access to an email of someone out of town. My car sat for weeks. They only returned my calls twice. They were lazy and incompetent. No one knew anything when I called in regard to starting getting my car fixed. I would not recommend them to anyone. It cost me so much extra in rental due to their poor service. When I got my car back it also felt like my car needed an alignment which I didn't feel previously. If your a women or have insurance do not go here. They will hold your car to see what else they can collec

My mother took her car to Caliber for minor front end damage repairs. The customer service was AMAZING!!! She worked with Jake and this made this so much easier for all of us. He provided check ins letting her know what was currently happening with her repairs. She received a very detailed quote and was explained everything that needed to be done in detail. Everyone was helpful and always greeted with a smile. We got her car back earlier than expected and the paint job is fabulous. I know if my car needs any damage repairs I’m taking my car here and I’m asking for JAKE. His customer service took a lot of stress off my shoulders.

Just had an estimate done and waiting on insurance company. But my initial assessment is that they were friendly upon arrival and were nice and respectful throughout the initial process. Will update later once repairs are done.

My repairs started with an employee that is no longer with the company. Little communication happened for over a month, and not getting return calls. I finally heard from Jay who informed me the original person was no longer with them. Jay unfortunately inherited the mess the other employee caused and also inherited my frustration and me losing my cool which I don't normally do. Jay was patient and understanding the entire time when he would have had every right to hang up on me or be rude to me. If Jay had not taken over my repairs, I could have been given back an unsafe vehicle. When I went to pick up my vehicle and apologized, Jay was still nothing but pleasant and even made jokes. I'm very thankful my vehicle ended up in the right hands and everything this place did for me.
