Caliber Collision

I hit a deer beginning of March, my headlight and fender totally shattered and broken, my driver side door barely opened.. I filed a claim and brought my car into Caliber, they were so good at communicating and letting me know the status of my repair, I would say about 3 weeks later I picked up my finished car and you could never tell it had that damage! Looks good as new!! Door works perfectly, paint corrected the chip it avoid rusting.. Could not recommend them enough! The photos speak volumes!

I would never bring my vehicle to Caliber Collision again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. My car was rear-ended and needed a bumper replacement. My insurance company referred me to this collision shop, so I brought my car in and they completed an estimate to replace the bumper. To my surprise, not all the parts listed in the estimate were fixed or installed. I’ve gone back and forth to Caliber Collision three times to express my dissatisfaction with their service. After I pointed out the missing parts—parts that would have properly secured the bumper—they acknowledged the issue, promised to order the parts, and said they would contact me once the parts arrived so I could bring the car back in. These parts were already included in the original estimate, yet they were never ordered.

Our car was in an accident with major damage to both the front and the back of the vehicle. Caliper Collision did a meticulous job of repairing the vehicle, it looked like a brand new car when we got it back. We highly recommend Caliber Collision!

My Range Rover SUV was hit by a truck/trailer, resulting in severe body damage. Looking at my vehicle now, you would never know that it had any damage to it at all. Caliber Collision did a excellent and above average job. Everyone there was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable- great to work with. I mainly worked with Kevin Tucker, who answered any and all of my questions, concerns and needs immediately. Kevin also kept me informed of my vehicles progress with almost daily text messages. The customer service at Caliber Collision goes beyond excellent. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.

Caliber Collision on Jay Scutti Blvd in Rochester, NY exceeded my expectations. The service advisor was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered my many questions. He kept me informed about the repair progress via email and sent me a repair estimate. The repairs look great, especially the paint job...looks good as new! The car was ready to pick up well before the estimated date. I highly recommend this business!
