Caliber Collision

I normally don’t leave reviews, but out of all the experiences I’ve had with insurance claims and auto body repairs, this was by far the worst. I took my 2021 Audi Q5 to Caliber Collision for body work after a hit and run. The damage was to the driver-side door, mirror, and wheel fender. I dropped the car off on September 29th and was notified on October 17th that it was ready for pickup. Upon receiving the vehicle, I immediately noticed the replacement fender was the wrong part and did not fit correctly (visible overlap), paint bubbles on the driver door, scratches on the newly painted door, the interior was still dirty and had soap residue left on the leather seats, despite being told the car was washed, and scratches on the mirror. Thank you to the Caliber Collision team! No one really wants to deal with auto repairs, but the team here did a great job. I was called to schedule an appointment, called with a reminder (I always need being a busy parent), and kept me up to date with the repairs. Gabriel, called me to make sure I was going to be happy with one of the parts that arrived that was after-market before it was installed. I appreciated the call so there were no surprises at pick up. Fantastic experience with them on the rear bumper replacement through AllState. Josue and Team were super friendly, professional and did a great job on my bumper replacement. Highly recommended.
