Working with Steven was an absolute pleasure! He went above and beyond to keep us informed at every step of the process, ensuring we were always up to date on the status of our Nissan. These people do some great work and provided me with excellent customer service. I didn't expect my car to turn out well, especially after the damage it took. When I picked it up, I couldn't hardly believe it looked so good! I highly recommend Caliber Collision. I will definitely be returning in the future for all of my paint and body work needs!!

Car wasn’t fixed appropriately. Things that worked when I brought the car in originally weren’t working. Had to bring the car back for 3 things to be fixed. Upon pick- up the second time, 1 of the 3 things wasn’t fixed and they had to go back and fix that. When I took the vehicle home, I noticed the review mirror was making an awful clicking noise when I put the car in reverse. I called multiple times to speak w my case manager- Brett- and couldn’t get him to return a phone call. Finally took the car to Acura and it was a simple fix. Learn from my mistakes. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Caliber finished my car repairs earlier than expected and I got my car back in tip top shape. Looks like nothing ever happened. Bret was amazing, he kept me informed every step of the way!

Friendly workers, but the whole process of working with the shop and insurance was unorganized at best. The work took longer than expected as the wrong parts were received multiple times. The day after I got my truck back, my truck failed to start as my battery was dead. Could be a coincidence, but more likely due to negligence.
