I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The customer service was top tier from the very first day until the day I picked up my car. The team kept me informed throughout the entire process and provided regular updates on the progress of the repairs. When I finally got my car back, it looked brand new! I was extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the staff. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service and great results.

The repair work was completed, but I was disappointed with the overall customer service experience. It could've been much better. Maybe other Caliber locations work differently, but we were somewhat surprised.The repair process took over 40 days, and real updates during that time were not consistent. When our vehicle was returned, it had not been cleaned at all after the repair, which was frustrating given how long it was in the shop. That was left on us to handle. While the work was finished, the extended time and lack of attention to customer experience really fell below our expectations. It's hard to be excited about or to recommend this location to others. More consistent updates and basic post-repair cleanup would have improved the experience.

I had my car serviced at Roswell Collision Center, and it looks fantastic. The repairs were completed earlier than expected, and the overall service was excellent. Mitchell Moore personally delivered the car to my home and thoroughly explained all the details after the repairs. Thank you for the outstanding service!

⭐ If I could give zero stars, I would. My son was in an accident in early November, and our insurance required us to take the car to Caliber Collision. The vehicle is a 2023 Kia Forte GT-Line. They initially kept the car for two weeks, but when I went to pick it up, I was extremely disappointed. They used recycled parts from another vehicle instead of new or original parts, and the car did not look the same as before. There was even a visible problem with the bumper. Because of this, they had to keep the car another two weeks to order original parts and fix it again—making the total repair time four weeks. When I finally picked up the car, they forgot to order the car emblem and told me they would call me. Three months later, I still haven’t received it. That wasn’t the worst part. Aft

I was having a day! I was in a rear end accident and then my bumper comes completely off while on the highway. I called Caliber Collision Roswell to help me with my bumper. Mitchell helped me and from the initial phone conversation to in person, sevice was 10/10. He was so kind and assisted me so graciously. His help made a frustrating day so much better! I highly reccomend this location and appreciate Mitchell's excellent customer service.
