Caliber Collision

Worked on my fiancé’s car claimed it was ready took her money prior to letting her inspect it fully. Very very poor workmanship. These people are after nothing but money. Paint chips. Huge gaps. The engine now probably has problems had no antifreeze coolant in radiator. Air conditioning was not working after a Front end collision. This should have been thoroughly gone over by a real mechanic the vehicle had absolutely 0 problems was practically new. They said oh you can take it home. I have never seen a major company skate around things so much. If you do business here you better watch your pocket book and you better inspect it first. They are the biggest crooks I have ever seen. The front desk lady is so genuinely kind and sweet. The appraiser was also very sweet. They do good work and theor communication is spot on.

The RAV looks great. All personnel involved were extremely helpful and courteous. We were kept up-to-date by phone on progress. The paint over the repairs is great. Car wash ready before planned. So glad to get our own vehicle back soon. And to my delight it was washed and vacuumed. Looks great. Thanks to all those involved.

I would recommend Caliber collision to my friends, my family. I was so happy with the work. The people were great. . There was a few issues, but it was. Nobody’s fault. It just happened to come up. But the work when it was done is perfect. It looks wonderful. It’s working. I am very happy with the service. And like I said, I would recommend you guys.

They repaired the bumper and it looks like it was never damaged, on top of that they washed and detailed the inside, which we had no idea they provide that at free of charge! Friendly and knowledgeable staff as well .
