Love the repair they did on my Toyota Tacoma. Keeping me updated from start to finish. Couldn’t ask for more ! They even towed my truck to another Caliber center to speed up the process. Mike from Sam Angelo is the best, he kept me updated several times a week on the progress. Will use their service again. 1000% satisfied;

I had a small dent in my door and scratches on my fender. I took it in and the first time they said it was done there were buff marks in the paint under the clear coat. The second time they said the GM approved it and there was bubbles in the paint at the bottom of the door. I told them this is a brand new f150. It needs to be perfect. Finally the third time it was done right. Would not go there again. Terrible

Would not recommend Caliber Collision to anyone. Issues that delayed our repair were either concerns brought up before the work or parts were even ordered or could’ve been proactively prevented by checking the reordered part to ensure fit instead of waiting until it was time to go in. Having to return the vehicle for 2 days because someone failed to properly attach hoses and wires that could lead to catastrophic motor and turbo damage is ridiculous. Door lock had to be fixed and the window still doesn’t work properly now but is it really worth the headache and stress when they turn out crappy incompetent work. Service advisors don’t know anything and will argue with you. Had very similar problems with a Caliber in another state so it’s not just local.

Do you know Mike Nelson at Caliber Collison? If not, you're truly missing out on an elite customer service experience. This guy is unreal. After my car had an aggressive disagreement with a deer, Mr. Nelson stepped in like a superhero I didn't even know I needed. Communication was outstanding, stress was minimal, and somehow my car looks like it was never involved in that WWF match with Bambi. Out of this world service Mr. Nelson!
