Awesome customer service. As for the work, it was done quickly and, as far as I can tell, very well. I was leery at first at using Caliber because I experienced bad customer service at a different Caliber in a different state. But they're franchised, so I decided to trust all the good reviews for this location. And the favorable reviews were correct. I can't comment on the price because I didn't pay close attention since I knew the cost would exceed my deductible.

Caliber took care of me and my car after I was hit on the freeway. The customer service experience was totally professional. Javier explained what to expect, was courteous and kept me informed. The bodywork looked perfect. The paint matched exactly.

I had such a great experience at Caliber Collision! My Subaru was in the shop for a few weeks after an accident, and from start to finish, the team took amazing care of everything. Nelson especially went above and beyond—he kept me updated throughout the process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. When I got my car back, I was honestly blown away. It looks brand new again—like nothing ever happened! The quality of work is top-notch, and the customer service was outstanding. Javier at Caliber Collisions in San Rafael was amazing to work with. After the King flood, our car situation was really stressful, but he helped talk with our insurance and explained the condition of the vehicle in a way that actually made sense. He walked us through all the paperwork and contracts clearly and made sure we understood everything before signing. We also had mold in the car from the heavy rain, and even though that wasn’t a service they offer, he still pointed us in the right direction to get help. Car issues can be overwhelming, but Javier made the whole process so much easier. I’m really grateful for his help and highly recommend him! Ask for Javier!!!!!

Caliber Collision is amazing! I’ve had to take my car in for repairs 3 times in the last year, as a victim of 3 separate auto crimes. My regular repair shop wasn’t available this time around so my insurance company connected me with Caliber. I wish I’d known about them sooner. Not only did they take my car in right away, but they were efficient and did a high quality job. Plus, my car looked like it was washed and detailed when I got it back. Top notch service from beginning to end. This is my new repair shop from now on! Thank you, Caliber!
