Caliber Collision

Caliber Collision did a fantastic job of repairing and replacing rear bumper of my car. The entire process starting from setting up an appointment, dropping off, inspection, working with insurance, repair, and pickup went extremely smoothly. Service advisors John and Jamaal were fantastic to interact with on the progress and pick up. The repairs and workmanship made the car good as new. They even advised me on issues unrelated to the specific repair job. Overall extremely happy with the entire process. Would recommend anyone looking for quality repair job.

I had clearly mentioned warning signs which I was seeing on my dashboard after my collision. I had asked them to scan the error codes and they lied to me that they did it. They just reset them instead of fixing them and lied to me that it was fixed. They came back on after a few hours of driving. Upon calling them they said its not part of their claim and ill have to pay for inspection out of pocket for them to diagnose and fix those lights. They werent even ready to do a scan of the error codes. Wasted my insurance claim without fixing the real issue of lights, just fixed the external bodywork. Dont make false promises and dupe your customers like this. There should be full transparency and honesty from the start.

reading so many positive review makes me believing that mine will be taken care. So far, after 1.5 days, no response even repeatedly text/email/call, no responses. Update: finally got the call from the manager. Seemed that the guy handles did the assessment without complete the paper work, did to order or inquire the after market parts needed before taking a sick day. At least the manager is giving an estimate repairing schedule.

I had backed into a post, and dented the rear door and bumper of my Lexus. My insurance company had worked with Caliber before and recommended them. They are great! Service is nonpareil, Jammal is terrific in understanding repairs and people, the repair were done quicker than expected, and Jammal told me every day of the service progress, and what was being done.

Took in my truck after I had a head on collision and the process was quick and easy. Erick Angel helped me out with what needed to be repaired and informed me with how long it would take. Through out the whole process he kept me in the loop and always answered any questions I had. Everything went by smoothly with no problems and now my truck looks new again. He even helped fix the paint on the side of my truck bed from a previous accident I had that another Caliber Collision repaired. He noticed paint was off and not shining like the rest of the truck. Since it was done at caliber he was able to redo the paint and make it shine like it should have with their lifetime limited warranty. He went above and beyond. Awesome service.
