A True Christmas Miracle – Angels in Santa Paula! On Christmas Eve 2024, I was driving home from Ojai to be with my family when the storm hit. The roads were empty, the rain was coming down hard, and suddenly my back windshield cracked open. I was terrified—there was no way I could safely get on the freeway to make it home for our family gathering. I managed to drive to Santa Paula, but it was Christmas Eve and everything was closed. I was losing hope. Then I looked at my Tesla screen and found Caliber Collision was open. I couldn't believe it. When I arrived, I was greeted by Anita—a truly beautiful soul who immediately calmed my nerves with the words, "Don't worry, we can help you." My experience either caliber collision was seamless and easy. I was kept well informed on the progress of my vehicle every step of the way. Anita is the receptionist and she was very nice and helpful. Adeli was my service advisor and he was very professional and kept me well informed, even contacting my insurance agent when I couldn’t get a response from him. Adeli got my questions answered and got my car back on the road

After a horrible experience at another shop ( Santa Paula Collision Center ) where we felt like we were bothering them just by being there, this was a huge relief. Meesh and her team were kind, professional, and truly helpful throughout the process. We’re incredibly thankful for their support and especially for getting our car back sooner than expected. Very professional staff and both Adali and Alex exceeded my expectations. Adali took care of my car repairs in Santa Paula and unexpectedly delivered the car to me on base and he dropped off my car. After my inspection, shows 3 minor scratches on my bumper that was repaired and on the rear passenger side panel. He then contacted the manager in Sturgis location and Alex took care of my issues. I highly recommend Caliber collision to anyone.

I took my car here to get repaired, after being in an Auto Accident. They have great communication, and my car was fixed in a timely manner. They got my car done early, and my car looked great when finished. I’d highly recommend this shop, and will be taking my car here for future repairs.
