Caliber Collision

Great work on my car. That is the most important. Yes, it took a bit longer than I expected, but quality matters most. I unfortunately have to bring back for a light scratch and a haze on the hood, but they very happy to accommodate that next week.

Caliber Collision is AWESOME!!! From the minute you walk through through the door until you pick up your car, the communication was outstanding! From my service experience, it was incredible. No one could tell I was in a $5000 accident. They are smart, classy and provide stellar customer service.

I would like to say that there was good work on my vehicle, but they have now had it for over a month, was told it would be done today 12/31/25, I get a call, now they tell me my vehicle wont be ready until 1/7/26, which is unacceptable, I had to cancel plans on New Years Eve because now I dont have a vehicle, that was guaranteed to be done today. I truly hope they do something to make this right, very VERY UNACCEPTABLE

Excellent work. Excellent customer service. They kept me updated on almost a daily basis about the progress. This is a great place and I have used it several times and will continue to use it if needed .Highly highly recommend this place.

Excellent duplication of my vehicles original status. Glad that my insurance company choose them to perform my repairs. Staff was courteous and the service manager was attentive. Timely and reasonable repair time. Explain all before working on vehicle. Respectful.
