Caliber Collision

Had another great experience at Caliber Collision not that long ago. I’ve dealt with Chris A before, and just like the last time, he was professional, honest, and kept everything straightforward. This time Chris S was also a big help — both of them made sure the process was smooth and stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about doing things the right way. The whole place has a great vibe and solid customer service every time I go.

This is my third time going to Caliber Collision and their staff is amazing. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and were super friendly every time I came in. They made everything stress-free. It's hard to find places that are consistent, but they've proven to me more than once that customer service still matters. Highly recommend! I recently had my Kia's body repaired at Caliber and I could not be more happy with the service. Everything looked brand new after the repair was done and Chris kept me informed throughout the repair process. I'll certainly use them in the future, although I hope to never have to!
