I had an awesome experience at the Simi Valley Caliber Collision location! The service was fast, quality repairs/work performed on my vehicle and the staff was very helpful. I would like to highlight that Jerry A. provided exceptional service. He communicated updates about my car regularly via phone (a rare occurring courtesy nowadays) and when I picked up my vehicle, to my pleasant surprise, my car washed and fully charged! I was so grateful for this thoughtful gesture as an EV owner. I would definitely recommend their location to anyone seeking quality and efficient repairs to their vehicle.

I brought my car in to have a small chip fixed on the back bumper to the Simi Valley location. I was met with kindness and professionalism. A quick drop off with Nolans’s word that my vehicle would be ready the next day. Low and behold, the very next day as promised, I received a call that I could come pick ip my vehicle at 4 pm as promised. My car is good as new! I would definitely recommend them. Any job, big or small. Excellent customer service and workmanship!

10-star service and quality repair at Caliber Collision in Simi Valley. Jose was thorough and made sure all the damage from my smashed window was fully restored, including matching window tint, paint, and rubber trim. The front office staff was very friendly and made the whole experience much easier. They worked directly with my insurance, answered all my questions, and handled everything quickly.
