Caliber Collision

My car had a factory rock guard on the front of the hood to protect my pain from flying debris. While my wife and I were traveling on 461 going toward I-75 in Mt Vernon when be got plummeted by strong blasts of wind and rain. Before we made it to Mt Vernon we heard a loud vibration from the front of the car but since it was raining so heavily I couldn't get out to check on it until we arrived at our church in Berea, Ky. It was then that I noticed that the rock guard had vibrated so hard due to the wind that it took chips out of our hood and and the lower front area of our car. I knew that it was going to be costly to fix and Since I have $500 deductible that this would have to come out of my pocket. Terrible experience. I brought my car in for storm and hail damage and was promised biweekly updates. After a month with no communication, I couldn’t reach anyone and had to involve my insurance company just to get a response. At that point, I was told the car had completed paintless dent repair, was in the paint shop, and would be finished within a week. The following week came with no update, so I called again—only to be told the opposite: that it was in paint and headed to dent repair, and would take another week. This cycle repeated week after week. After two months, and paying out of pocket for my own rental car, I finally got my vehicle back. Picked up my wifes car, what a wonderful job they did car looked like new, also the cleanest iv ever seen it so yeah it looked great highly pleased with results. Would recommend this place!

Had problems with local office regarding setting up windshield replacement. This one blamed that one, and that one blamed this one. Once scheduled and request was processed correctly the actual windshield replacement dept (Caliber Glass) did a great job. Communicated clearly with me. Finished job as scheduled and on time. Excellent work.

Caliber Collision is fantastic. I was kept informed every step of the way by the manager himself. Jimmy and his team truly understand the importance of supporting customers during a difficult time.
