They do an excellent job. My truck looks like new. It came back to me cleaner than I left it with them. Great customer service. Highly recommended! No more hail damage.

Recently had accident and vehicle towed to them. Unfortunately it will not be able to fix, but the care and communication from the shop was excellent! They took care of us even though they aren’t able to repair. If we have any issues in future with our fleet, they will be our first call!!

Took my truck to them for some front end damage and the paint job went too crap fast. The body parts they replaced never lined back up. Seemed like they rushed and did a sloppy job. While my truck was in the shop I told a few people who I was using and they took their vehicles there as well and when they finally got them back they said they wish they had never taken their vehicle there and that they had to go to another place to get what they did fixed. One had brand new tires on it only been on the truck a week and they said they were going to have the front end relined and everyday they had an excuse of why or what was taking so long to get it done. Caliber Collision recently repaired my daughter’s car after it was involved in a collision. The team at Caliber did an incredible job of working with our insurance company to get the job done quickly. The work was done before the scheduled deadline and looks good as new. What impressed me most was the level of customer service and communication they provided. The team at Caliber texted or called me multiple times with updates and explained the process in great detail so we always knew what to expect. While I hope we don’t need their services again, I would definitely trust them with our cars in the future.
