We hit a deer and took the car to Brandon at Caliber. He was very professional, the service was quick and painless, billing was easy, and they even detailed the inside of the car when it was done. They definitely over performed our expectations! So professional. So quick. Amazing work! They even recalibrated the sensors. The car has never looked better!

10/10 Highly recommend! They made the process easy! They communicate updates frequently which was very helpful, I didn't need to call them once for anything, they always called me first. Working with Brandon and Tom was a far better experience than I ever could have expected!

I came here for some front end collision repair on my 2018 Jetta and I have nothing but good words. They were very communicative, calling me every couple of days to update me on the repair status. The repairs looked brand new and they did a fantastic job. They also cleaned my driver floorboard and detailed the inside of my car which was insanely nice of them and I appreciate that.

We've used this business, and this location a number of times for simple repairs and insurance claims as well. They've always been excellent to work with, quick with repairs(that are quoted to cash perfectly or billed to insurance without me involved!), and I leave with car that has been cleaned, clocks reset, and in better condition than new! The reception area is quiet for waiting, the staff is friendly and efficient. Absolutely recommend!

My experience with Caliber Collision on W. Sunshine was excellent, from the first phone call to picking up my car. I've never had to deal with a body shop in my life & expected a long & stressful process. Caliber made this easy & stress free. They provided great communication throughout the entire process, giving me updates every 3 days. Turn around time was quick & my car looks like it never hit a deer. They even cleaned the inside of my car before returning it! They worked with my insurance company making this entire situation super easy. I really couldn't be happier & very glad I picked Caliber Collision for my car repairs. I can't recommend this company enough!
