Caliber Collision

Very good at body work. Everything else, including mechanical work and overall management, was a bad experience. Caliber Collision attempted to return my car three separate times, and each time it had a grinding noise at low speed and a roaring noise at high speed. The shop failed to perform proper quality checks before releasing the vehicle each time. In the end, the rear door that was replaced requires excessive force to close, and more road noise is coming through that door than before. I reported the issue, but Caliber Collision failed to fix it, citing that it will loosen and normalize over time. I brought my car to Caliber Collision (CC) after an accident. When I picked it up, CC provided me with detailed instructions about an upcoming survey - they even printed out and highlighted suggested answers for me (see the picture). I found this unusual, as I’ve never experienced that at any other shop. Since CC is clearly very interested in receiving reviews, I’m leaving mine here. The good part: The repair work was completed on time, which I appreciated. The paint color match was very good. From a distance, the car looks great, and for a DIY home car enthusiast, the overall quality might seem acceptable. However, for a professional repair shop, the quality falls short. Everything was amazing from start to finish. Nick was awesome and kept me updated every step of the way through the process of repairing my car. The customer service there is great!

Lody was great at taking our car in after our accident and got everything replaced in less than a week. Communication was great and they worked a lot faster than anticipated! Initial communication about what would happen was also very straight forward and he made sure all questions were answered.
