Caliber Collision

After an unfortunate accident my insurance sent me to Caliber for the repair. The staff was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Caliber drove me to pick up my rental and kept me up to date on what was going on with the truck as well as my insurance company and the rental company. Upon completion of the repair, my truck looked good as new and they had me leave my rental at their location which made picking it up easy.

I was hit in a fender bender. Caliber was a AAA recommended facility. I took my car there for repair. Everyone was very helpful and answered all my questions. They kept me up to date regarding my repairs via text. They had the car ready one day earlier than expected. They did a phenomenal job. From start to finish, a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them.

My insurance sent me to this shop after I had been in an accident. I'll start off with, Ryan was the absolute best! From the moment I dropped the car off, he was kind, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. Throughout the repairs he kept me informed of what steps were being taken along with the progress. When it came time to pick up my car, Ryan explained everything that had been done to the car in enough detail for me to understand. I greatly appreciated him throughout the entire process. Plus, they got everything done ahead of schedule. Couldn't recommend this shop enough and especially Ryan!

This team is very professional, customer service forward and very precise with their bodywork! I am so thrilled to have my new car back to looking pristine after someone backed into me. I highly recommend this crew to bring your car back to life!
