Connor and the team are awesome! Incredible communication. Super friendly and easy to work with. The guys in the shop did a great job with fitment and paint when repairing the bumper and replacing the back hatch and brake lights. Ill always speak highly of this place and refer anyone I know. Especially since I work in Auto industry! Thanks again everyone, yall are the best!

I recently got into an accident and went to Caliber Collision to get my repairs done, my insurance covered all the costs. John is amazing! He gave me updates along the way and was very respectful and professional. They estimated my car to be complete in about 3 weeks, but I got a call a week later saying the car was done. The work they put into it shows! The car is like brand new. Definitely would come back here in the future and work with John!

They did a beautiful repair on my Chevy Malibu. First 3 photos of my car finished. And the other 3 the damaged done to my car. I definitely recommend this shop to everyone. Josh and his team were great step by step when they were doing my car.

Caliber Collision keeps you informed and updated by texts through the whole process. Loved that. Every employee I had an interaction with was very polite and knowledgeable about my car’s specific concerns. Specifically dealt with Brittany, the receptionist, Josh and John, techs. I did have to return my vehicle because of a couple concerns that were not present before our incident. However, they addressed those issues and reassured me that my car is functioning as before.

I had to bring my car in from an accident I was involved in. John was who I worked with. I was very pleased with how they handle everything. John kept me updated with everything and any changes. It was so easy by text to stay informed. The work was immaculate. It looked like just picked up my car from the dealer. Thank you for making the experience a lot less stressful!
