After the stress of being in a car accident I went to caliber collision for an estimate.The process of getting an estimate was straight forward and the staff was polite and reassuring that my vehicle would ok.After looking at my vehicle carefully ,they noticed damage i couldnt see.They wrote up an estimate and had me on my way shortly.I look forward to doing business with them in the near future. Well not happy with the work on my grandson BMW M340i. Went in for damage that happen with a FedEx truck. Well we told them about all the damage. He was swiped. I had new tires on the car and the truck took a chunk out and his rims are destroyed. They are telling us that was pre existing damage. The rims are black and the rims were he hit at white. It’s not just 1 rim it’s both drivers sides. I would not recommend them at all.

The repair work is good communication with customer SUCKS. I agree to text messages and receive them when car was taken apart and parts order. Got them when parts received and car was being put back together. But when completion date to pick up car was changed got text telling me was changed but no explanation. Had to call to find out why. Car was supposed to be fixed by 9/25 wasn’t complete till 10/7 and that was early because they were saying after 10/13 due to wrong broken used part. They made effort to get correct part and had it back a week earlier. When I picked it complain to service representative about poor customer communication and she said to me “you checked the box to receive text messages “ I said yes but all text said was changed of completion date and no reason.
