I have used Caliber Collision three times. The staff at this location was great each time. The staff are always helpful and efficient. They asked if they could transfer my truck to another shop to get the repairs done faster after my accadent. The exceptional service was received at the location on Oracle Rd as well. They also kept me informed the entire way and answered all my questions as well.

Had repair work on my 22 Kia Stinger, including a repaint on Passenger side. Entire process was seamless, and the repair work was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Car looks a good as the day I drove it home new. Amber, who handled my claim for Caliber Collision and the entire front office staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Car was done ahead of schedule, and I received numerous updates on the repair progress. Hope I never need them again, but for body or paint work, would not trust my car with anyone else.

I can't say enough about this place, friendly and very professional not out to rip you off just give you a fair price coupled with top notch work. I brought my 2008 Mustang GTCS to them for a right front wheel well that the pins broke off that hold it in place, they had some new pins and charged me nothing. Later found the wheel well skin had problems and they replaced the entire piece along with a seat belt issue I had. On top of all this they washed my car, vacuumed the interior and spray shined my tires for me to pick it up, very kool thanx. September 2025 Update due to front bumper crack. Bad experience this time returning took me almost three months to get my car fixed. Jim Click Ford gave them the wrong front end which they installed without noticing it was a GT not GTCS bumper

So I’m upset about on first fender they got installed and painted.. Can’t believe they tried to pass it off as complete. Yes Annette waiting another 10 days I got my car and I am happy with the repair. But who signed off on a fender that stuck out more than 1/4 inch in front. Not happy. Be careful and inspect the work
