Caliber Collision

Was kind of skeptical on binging with Caliber Collusion but it turned out to be a pretty great one! Awesome people and they know what they are doing is above and beyond!!! Mechanics and girls are coordinating stuff for vehicles are super professionals, loving and courteous! Had an amazing experience!!!!

Fantastic work! Friendly and helpful staff. The staff kept me informed at every step of the way. My truck repairs were done before promised. I definitely recommend Caliber Collision!

We brought our truck in for repairs after a large tree fell on it and did major damage. They were responsive to our needs however, when we came to pick it up, there were still 2 places in the paint that were not repaired and when we tried to open the hood, the hood release fell off in our hand! We had to leave the truck for another week to get these items fixed. When we got it home, the check engine light came on. We opened the fuel tank cover to find the screw on lid to the fuel tank was just hanging inside with no place to install it. They had not reinstalled the fuel filler hose!! There was also a loud rattle in the dash that wasn't there before. We took it back to them and they had it for another 2 days to fix these items and make sure everything else was reinstalled correctly.

I love my truck like all Texans. My truck is called "Little Blue Thunder". So repair is something I take very seriously. Absolutely a well run Texas Business. Check my account. I never do reviews. I was compelled to give this place the highest review possible. Rick is great man to do business with. Honest, best customer service I've ever had (I'm over 70). That is rather high praise. Something I rarely do. I meet people and companies like this only in Tyler. What a great experience.

Had a couple of scuff marks on our new car. Stopped by and Thad buffed them out in less than 5 minutes. This is our second time using this location and they have been quick and courteous both times Thank you very much.
