I had a great experience with Caliber Collision! The staff was friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the repair process. My car came back looking brand new—the body work and paint match were perfect. They made everything easy, handled the insurance smoothly, and even returned my car clean inside and out. Excellent service, quality work, and a stress-free experience. Highly recommend!

I brought my vehicle to this location after a deer rammed the rear door. They had the car for a full month to replace the door and then replace broken parts in the new door. $4700 charged to my insurance yielded sticky glue like residue near the door handle and paint spray on the interior side of the door. I do not recommend you have your repairs done here.

The customer service here is REMARKABLE! I was in such a bind and this friendly staff jumped into action and helped me out! And so close to Christmas when everyone is so busy! They were amazing. Service was great and speedy. I really appreciate them and can’t thank them enough! It was like my own hallmark Christmas movie! Thank you to the receptionist! Super nice and friendly! Very easy to talk to and made me feel at ease! Thank you to the manager- was extremely genuine and made sure I was taken care of! And thank you to “Joe with the Jack” who helped me out with my tire!! I had a minor fender bender & my insurance company recommended Caliber Collision. From the very first call with Shawn, I was put at ease, this being my first ever accident. Shawn initially stated that I would receive updates about my car every 3 days, and that's exactly what I got. They work closely with Enterprise car rental down the street, and when I ran into an issue with a separate enterprise branch, Kay, from Caliber put me in touch with Darnell from the Brunswick enterprise. Darnell is the most professional, up to the minute car rental person I have ever dealt with. He truly listened to my issue & took care of it right away. Shout out to the staff at Caliber collision, I was driving to drop my baby off to Grandma's , before I continued on to work. I got a flat tire and didn't know what to do , I noticed I was close to Caliber Collision, I called them and explained my situation and asked for help, they were so kind and amazing, they changed my tire for me, while I waited inside in the warmth with my baby daughter. They were all very professional and helpful. Thank you so much for rescuing me , so I could get on with my day !!
