Work was fully explained. During repairs they noticed a small dent not originally noted. They corrected the dent nicely. Sam was very helpful in the repairs. He kept us aware of the repairs, returning our Yukon in a timely manner.

I recently had my beautiful 2025 Lincoln repaired at Caliber Collision after I was rear ended on the freeway. My father recommended them, having had great experiences there himself. A lot of my censors were messed up/crushed, but Alejandro and the team went above and beyond to restore my car to its pre-accident condition which was basically new. Their exceptional service, and expertise truly amazed me, keeping me updated throughout the entire process and going out of there way to personally call me with all the details and every move/decision that was being made. One of the worst experience I had with the guy who was in charge of my car. His name is Jonathan. He tried to scam me completely. If it’s through insurance they will try to rip them off and if not also they will rip us apart by charging heavily. He ordered parts from dealership and sold me for double price. He had hidden many parts of my car when I had given for checking machines. I got the whole car repaired for 2k and Jonathan had planned to bill me for 13k. Just don’t ever go there for the repair.
