Hands down the best service I've ever had at a body shop. The car was flawless and it was cleaned inside and out before giving it back. Friendly employees and just an all around great experience. However, my insurance company #State Farm was the absolute worse. Before I even got my car back from the body shop I switched insurance carriers. I can't belive they don't and won't send an estimator out to put hands on a car. They think they can see everything damaged thru pictures alone. The absolute shittiest service I've ever seen.
Great staff, got my cat done 10 days before estimated date. Car looked like new. They even cleaned my mirrors, vacuumed and detailed the inside of my car. That was a wonderful surprise.
I want to leave this great review for all who helped put my side window back onto my ford fusion today. You guys are amazing and I would highly recommend anyone to come to you. You all had me back on the road in like 10-15 min. Thank you so much for all your help today.
After my accident, Caliber Collision helped deal with my insurance to get my vehicle taken care of as soon as possible. It was estimated to repair our vehicle in about 2 1/2 weeks, but they were able to finish a few days ahead of schedule. The ladies at the front desk kept me informed through the whole process. Very nice staff and experience overall. Thanks for taking care of our family vehicle.
