Caliber Collision

Replaced front bumper cover, grill, and passenger side headlight and fog lamp due to deer strike. Repair was done on time and with good communication, there was and issue with the right quarter panel fitment that required a return visit that the shop was able to correct right away. The fit of some of the aftermarket components isn't the best, a few gaps at the seams, but overall not bad.

They make the process as smooth as possible and keep you updated, by text and/or phone calls, about the progress of the repairs and the timeline. My 2018 sedan was hit from the rear and suffered substantial damage. Caliber collision was recommended by my insurance company as well as friends in the area. Though they had the vehicle for a little over 3 months in total to perform the repairs, the craftsmanship and work they did was top of the line. They did a tremendous job replacing and repairing the damaged portions of the vehicle. The paint job was flawlessly applied and matched perfectly to the rest of the car color. I crawled under the car upon picking it up after repairs were completed and I can say the newly installed panels were straight and perfectly fit. The seams met very cleanly and were connected in a manner that looked factory. I would definitely recommend caliber collision to do future repairs or even just a paint job. I

My review has nothing to do with the repairs and everything to do with the professionalism of this shop. This shop has a program where a rental car can be dropped off after hours and Enterprise will pick it up directly from the shop. My husband got a call this past Monday afternoon, two hours before close, informing him that my car was ready. I could not pick it up. My husband rearranged his schedule so he could pick it up for me. He was also handling after school activities. He went to Caliber to complete the transaction and get my car key back, but told them he'd had to return the rental car after my daughter's basketball practice as he did not have time to change cars. They told him that was fine. My husband returned after 5 p.m., parked the rental car in a parking space, dropped the ca
