Caliber Collision

Would 100% not recommend using Caliber ever. There were some polite people I talked to on the phone, but they never followed up with the documents I asked for, had to call them several times, emails went unanswered (and still are). My “advisor” was often at lunch or left at 4. They were “short handed” more than once when people were on vacation. They also want you to agree to the repairs before you get the estimate! But first and foremost they damaged my truck further. While moving it the lower ball mount broke and the truck dropped, bending the bumper and snapping the brake line. I absolutely think more care should have been taken, and responsibility definitely should have been acknowledged. Instead, Troy was incredibly rude, both on the phone and in person. They are super professional, kept me updated throughout the repair process and beat the estimated repair time. My estimator and customer care representative, Troy, was fantastic. Karin and Brandon are incredible at what they do. Even though they were clearly busy, they still took the time to fix my bumper and make sure I was taken care of. They stopped what they were doing just to help — that’s real customer service. They genuinely care about people, not just the money. Highly recommend!

Troy Norwood, Service Advisor #627 went above and beyond what was required when I asked Caliber Collision for an estimate for the damaged bumper on my Toyota, Camry. I expected a new bumper would be needed however, Mr. Norwood was able to make repairs on the existing bumper. In addition, he did the repair work quickly and without charge for his services. The repairs (a deer hit) were done sooner than expected and the level of communication thru out the repair process was excellent. Unfortunately, I had a small accident with my other car 🤦‍♂️ and have scheduled them to do the repair work as well. Use them, you’ll be glad you did! 👍😎
