We couldn't be happier with the whole experience! Never thought I would say that about a repair shop. Front desk staff was very nice, communicative, and responsive. We also worked with Jason(manager) who is a 'salt of the earth' type of guy. He's very knowledgeable and he walked me through the whole process from start to finish. I had to work with the other party's insurance company which was not fun. When I explained this frustration to Jason, he and his staff went above and beyond to take over communication with them in order to speed up the whole process. Caliber Collision is WONDERFUL to work with! They made the whole process of dropping off my truck easy and painless. The work they did on my truck was fantastic. They communicated with me regarding the repairs, I didn't have to call them not once to ask what was happening with the repairs. They returned my truck cleanier then what I dropped it off.

Wonderful to work with…they made it so easy! They were kind, informative and timely! Skylah was fantastic and made sure we were taken care and even offered to return my rental car for me. They also fixed my hitch cover so you couldn’t tell it was damaged even though a new one had been ordered…they went above and beyond!
