Caliber Collision

Caliber Collision had my car ready when they said it would be ready. They kept me updated once or twice a week via text messages. My car looks great. They vacuumed the interior and washed the exterior, as well. I highly recommend this company!

I hit a deer a few weeks back and destroyed my front end. Caliber Collision repaired the damage and had the car back to me in under 3 weeks. They did an amazing job, car looks great and they even cleaned the inside of it. Jeff was professional and easy to work with, he kept me posted throughout the entire process. Highly recommend it.

Caliber Collision in Winchester, Va is fantastic. The experts on their team assessed, procured and fixed my car. It's the second car I've had them work on and both times the customer service was fantastic. Jeff, their manager goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect, starting with getting you back on the road and extending through assistance that may or may not even be related to the reason you are having work done. Jeff's the best, the shop is the best, needless to say I'll always default to Caliber Collision first going forward.

Vehicle had to be returned multiple times. One of them being the muffler needed replaced(they completely missed it.) The other being..as I was driving away, it began rattling every time I was on throttle. My vehicle was dirty with handprints everywhere also dirty footprints. Took about 4 weeks once it got into the shop. Terrible communication.
