I wasn’t initially planning to leave a review, but after being repeatedly asked to post one, I feel I should share my honest experience. My vehicle was in the shop for three weeks, and the completion date kept changing. Communication about delays was not proactive I often had to follow up myself for updates. When I picked up the car, everything seemed fine. However, the very next day my car would not start and multiple warning lights appeared. I ultimately had to replace the battery to resolve the issue. I understand batteries can fail, but after the vehicle being in the shop for an extended period, I would have appreciated clearer communication about its condition before release. While the repair work itself appears fine, the overall experience and communication left me disappointed.
