It truly doesn’t get better than this. My daughter’s BMW was sideswiped, and we trusted Caliber with the repairs — and we are beyond impressed. The car looks absolutely brand new. When we pulled up to pick it up, I honestly didn’t even recognize it at first! A huge shoutout to Nick for his exceptional service. He called or texted us every single day with updates and patiently answered all of our (many!) questions with professionalism and expertise. The communication alone set them apart. Top-notch work and even better customer service. A++ all the way!
Very happy with my service at Caliber Collision. Trevor was amazing. He explained everything to me from beginning to end and was extremely patient. Work was great and customer service was even better . Thank you so much, greatly appreciated and so happy to have my car back. OH AND DONT FORGET ABOUT HOW WELL THEY CLEANED MY CAR BEFORE RETURNING IT. I was shocked because my car was a mess with all the salt from the snow. So that was extremely NICE OF THEM!!!!! Trevor and the whole team at caliber collision were great to me. Incredible customer service as they kept me updated along the process of my car repairs. My car came back better than before and they even cleaned the floor mats in my car. 10/10 would recommend.
We had an absolutely incredible experience with this Caliber Collision location, they deserve 10 stars! We’ve used various locations over the years, but this location was the most impressive. Drop off and pickup were both quick and easy. Trevor kept me updated with the progress over the week they had our car which I hadn’t had any other shop do before! The customer service overall was some of the best we’ve had in a long time. They happened to finish up the work faster than they estimated so it was nice getting back into my car sooner than expected. Highly recommend!
Attention local communities, Eric's...technicians are top notch. The snow storm got us and our truck was damaged. ERICS team took our truck in and returned our vehicle in less than 2 weeks! That's amazing 👏
