Caliber Collision

I hit a deer in my vehicle at the end of November. It’s a busy time for them, but they got me in quickly. They worked alongside my insurance company to get me back into my vehicle in a timely manner. No arguing or back and forth, just results. Communication is a 10/10. There was a few issues with parts and some trim pieces, but they notified me and kept me in the loop on any issues. Jason was a huge help and was always up front with everything. Body work and paint are great. They did a fantastic job. Would recommend to anyone to go here. They treat you very well and make sure you are happy with everything before you take possession of the vehicle. Thank you all again for outstanding work!

Jason was extremely customer service oriented and understanding. He didn't diminish my concerns over my ask to get my car fixed over a minor accident and was great at keeping me updated on all parts of the repair. I highly recommend him and Caliber for any accident fixes and appreciate his kindness!
