*HD-Certified pre-owned means nothing* Bought a bike off the showroom floor 2023 Limited and when we test drove it I told the sales guy somethings up with the clutch I don’t know what but something the salesman swears it’s fine he says the tech says it’s fine. Wouldn’t you know it a week of riding and I’m coming home from work at night with no clutch. Besides that being dangerous that just shows the attention they give these bikes before they sell them this is a 20K bike! So ok I have warranty no big deal they can come pick it up, nope won’t be able to till the end of the month and tells me if I work on it I can void the warranty even thought they clearly didn’t fix it when they had the chance and no effort to try not even when I mention something is wrong the day of purchase! I’m temporarily living in the San Antonio Tx area. I ride over 30k miles a year. I stopped by Caliente on a previous visit because they were the only dealer open on Monday and I needed to get my bike checked. I was informed that Monday was for appointments but they would look at the bike since I was traveling. The mechanic took his time doing the check and assured me the bike was fine. Since that time I have visited this dealer several times. Every time I come they make me feel completely at home like I belong. In fact my wife has bought a motorcycle here the salesman (Jesse) is great. Both during the sale and every time we see him he greets us and treats us like family.
