I trust California Auto Body to handle any repairs that my car may need. The staff has great customer service; they are professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Their attention to detail and efficiency allowed me to pick my car up three days after having dropped it off. I always have a good experience when I come by.

I have used California Auto Body several times over the years and they have always taken excellent care of me and my vehicle. They are courteous and caring. The facility is very clean and inviting.

California Auto Body did a great job on the repairs to our Hyundai Ioniq 5, which had frontend damage from an accident (not our fault). Being an EV it was more complicated to rapair. The staff, including the two young women at the front desk, were professional and had great customer service. Those two kept me informed and were knowledgable about repair process when I asked questions. Overall, given the circumstances and the Christmas and New Years holidays, California Auto Body made this an easier process.

California Auto Body values their customers, the people that work there are professionals with a great work ethic and the highest integrity. Jose is amazing as well as the front office. The technicians are skilled and proud of what they do. I had a small issue come up with a prior repair and Jose took care of it, no questions asked. Doing the right thing these days is a rare quality, and I appreciate that California Auto Body does the right thing. The owner, Jose Murillo, and both of the front office staff were highly communicative and friendly. The texting system kept me up to date with any progress and timeline information. When I picked up my car, Jose came out and went over the body work that was done. He also gave me left over paint with a brush applicator to do any little touch ups. Overall, a seamless, pleasant experience which made my unfortunate rear-end accident a little less stressful. I don't recommend being in an accident, but if you need auto body work, this is the place to go.
