Friendly easy to talk too. Best time to go is in morning there's no wait time. call first and get a quote. They do have a waiting area but be aware it's outside. it's a first come first serve. My driver window side on my SUV wouldn't go up need to repair the motor for it. $100 for the repair. Unfortunately they were unable to repair it and was charged $120.00 for a working one. the wait time was 2 hours and 43 minutes. They did give a warranty on the motor but I forgot and I don't want to post anything false. There are two businesses the left side will be the glass the right side will be tires.

Would leave a 0 star if I could. Service is horrible. Had a side window on my Honda replaced. I thought we had agreed on a new window, but after it was done, it was a used window. The lady claimed it was new. Maybe new, but faded and with some scratches. Took them almost 2 hours to get my car done. From I could see, 2 guys working, lady would greet a new customer, guy would take apart new car, leaving the other cars unattended until they could work on it. My guess is so car could not leave disassembled, just like I couldn't until they put my new window on. Oh, and no CC accepted, even when they have signs stating otherwise. Definitely will not come back. Asked for a glass of water, they pointed me to the gas station down the street.

Someone broke into my car to steal my 11 year old daughters backpack :< I went to a few different Auto Glass repair shops on Alameda before arriving to California Auto Glass. The shop I went to before arriving to CA Auto Glass tried to rob me by lying about a piece being broken and needing to be replaced, that shop tried charging me full price for a scratched window!! I left there and ended up at CA Auto Glass and so thankful I did! The owner was very nice, HONEST, and quick. He repaired my window within minutes and told me there was nothing wrong with whatever piece the previous guy lied to me about. Prices were very fair, this is truly a great Auto Glass repair shop!! I’ve searched the area for an auto glass place and this is by far the best one. They have competitive pricing and they changed my windshield in only an hour. I highly recommend.

*READ BEFORE YOU GO * This places is very unprofessional and sketchy. Fist off the workers are always drinking beer while working, their customer service is terrible they don't greet or even acknowledge you they aren't friendly also the chairs were you sit are dirty. They make up their own prices so you can always try to lowball, I didn't know this until I saw them bring down a price for another customer from $200 to $100 they also don't take card when it clearly says all over that they do. They don't give you receipts so if you still want to go here make sure you ask for one.
