Their crew, service, prices, and policy are amazing. First time, I went and replaced a cracked windshield. Due to a potential fault in the new glass itself, a new crack appeared at the station of the very edge. I called and inquired about another replacement, and when they determined it was not my fault, they replaced it at no cost. I SINCERELY appreciate their support, integrity, and the friendliness and dedication towards their customers. HIGHLY recommend. Thanks guys!

My front passenger window was smashed by a break-in on a Saturday night. Yelp’s AI reached out to a few glass repair shops in my area for a quote. Evelyn reached out Monday morning with a price that simply seemed too good to be true and could be done that day. I had already scheduled an appointment with Safelite, but after honestly comparing the reviews of both businesses and then speaking with Evelyn on the phone, I was assured that California Auto Glass would take care of me. Not only that, but Evelyn’s quote (which never changed) was at least half of the other glass repair shops who responded on Yelp and was over $100 less than Safelite. Great customer service from the receptionist I spoke with, and excellent service from their mobile technician, Christian. He was professional, friendly, and very reasonable with pricing. Highly recommend!

Saved me $100 bucks compared to Safelite. Super quick too, my appointment was at 2pm and I was back on the road by 2:35. Highly recommend this spot!
