I couldn’t be happier with my experience at California Auto House in Sacramento! I brought in my Maserati for some work, and from start to finish, the team was incredible. They were knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. I really appreciated how helpful and transparent they were throughout the entire process—they took the time to explain the work, answer my questions, and keep me updated. It’s clear they take pride in their craftsmanship and customer service. My car runs perfectly, and I’ll definitely be coming back for any future service needs. Highly recommend!

Very honest and reputable repair shop! They broke down all repairs required for my vehicle and advised of any upcoming repairs that may be needed. Thank you for keeping my car on the road and running great! Highly recommend to any friends or family!

They have a nice set up treat there customers like family I’m currently looking at getting a new/used car and if I do I will be going through Pete he had a nice shop and is friendly

I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. On the first day, they told me the problem was with the hood hinge and said they would replace it. However, the new part did not match the car’s original color, and the issue was not fixed after the replacement. They initially said they needed a week to properly diagnose the issue, but surprisingly, I received a call the next morning claiming the problem had been resolved. Unfortunately, the issue was still there — and even worse, new problems appeared. Some parts of the car were misaligned, and there were visible gaps that weren’t there before. This shows a lack of honesty, transparency, and care in their work. I do not recommend this shop based on my experience. .
