California Car Rental

Ok by now you have read many reviews of this horrible car rental agency so beware. The good reviews you see are probably from people they know. Yes they are friendly but they always keep your $200 deposit and they lie about after hrs service of being able to use the shuttle across the street which by the way belongs to another rental company who will block you from riding the shuttle unless you pay $26 each. But good news is I reported them to my bank for fraud, so I got the laugh laugh in the end. Not only did I get my deposit back, I got a refund also for the use of the rental car for 7 days. I hope they see this review. You can’t go around cheating people!

Great and reliable place. Very friendly staff. Car was clean and in excellent condition! I also received my deposit back as they said they would. Rented for 9 days to drive up to San Francisco, car worked great and I felt safe. They also shuttled me back to airport which is always helpful. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a great deal

I don’t usually write reviews, but this company absolutely deserves the warning. Hands down, one of the worst businesses I’ve ever dealt with. They STOLE my $200 deposit — money they promised to return — and despite multiple messages and several conversations with a guy named Anthony, I never saw a dime. The car they gave us was a complete piece of junk. The brakes were dangerously bad, and the interior reeked. To make matters worse, they don’t even offer insurance on their vehicles. They’re not just unprofessional but extremelyyyyy shady. This company is a total scam. DO NOT trust them. DO NOT rent from them. You will absolutely regret it.

I rented a Nissan Rogue It ran just fine for me from point A to B. It was very spacious for my two kids traveling all over San Diego. The guys took good care of us with no problems at all. I will be recommending them to everyone I know and will be coming back for more business.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. They overcharge your credit card and never refund the deposit, even though the car was returned in perfect condition with no tickets. They ignore calls and emails. I’m now working with my bank on a chargeback. Their operation is shady, and the cars are disgusting, filthy and in bad condition—our minivan's front bumper was literally held on with duct tape.
