California Customs Collision

They took care of my baby. I have a 2025 Honda passport trailsport and they had her looking good as new. They had to order specific parts for my tires and they had extra. They ended up giving me the rest just in case😁 Zeffery was very vigilant and adamant on getting me my vehicle back before the Thanksgiving holiday. I got my vehicle back the day before in the morning 🙏🏾 I thank California customs for taking excellent care of my vehicle. Beautiful job and wonderful employees💯

Worst car shop I ever been to. Zeffry & California Customs have had my car over a month now. I kept calling to ask when the car would be ready. First they told me Friday 12/19 then they told me Tuesday 12/23. Now I can’t get the car until way after christmas & i work out of town. I have a rental I wont be able to pay for out of pocket. The manager is rude Zeffry is rude! They are not accommodating DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! Because they’ll tell you one thing & it end up being another. If i could give them a 1 star I would.

They did a awesome job on my truck! Very friendly,professional and it didn’t take as long as first estimated. I am very impressed and will definitely return for any other problems with body and paint work.

Update. Baby got another booboo. Since they took great care of us last time went back n will do again but hopefully my baby is done with the abuse of others. Once again car done n a timely manner costumer service always on point. Car was turned in not the cleanest came back interior cleaned to the T. Definitely the spot to go best car doctors yet. End of update. Just picked up my baby. I am beyond happy and satisfied. First everytime I called and got update they answered and very nice. Gave me a date Sumo thought it'd b done and it was. I have decals on my car which he told me would have to be removed which broke my heart cause they are expensive. I was worried bout having to pay my 500 deductible and then 250 for another side decal. He called me and said they are dropping my deductible by

Body work isn't cheap, no matter where you go. If you want it done right, and looking like new, California Customs is where you want to go. Their professionalism and attention to detail are unmatched, in my opinion. Great work!
