These are great people. I had serious AC issues. I called them and they were very helpful on the phone. I brought our coach in at the scheduled appointment and they got right to work. they diagnosed the problem and contacted the manufacturer. they got our issues covered under warranty and ordered the parts. When the parts came in they called for an appointment. When I arrive the second time they went right to work. they got everything warranty installed and solved several additional problems. I would highly recommend going to them for service.
These are good honest people. They always take care of our rv.
We purchased a new Surveyor Legend from Russ and Natalie. They are genuinely good people who treat their customers fairly in an industry not always known for honesty. My wife and I feel like we were lucky to find this mom & pop dealership. I highly recommend Calvin Country if you're considering an RV purchase.
