Camelback Collision

Back in August our truck’s front melted. We hit that day 117F. Truck was parked in front of the building and reflecting sunlight from windows did the damage. I took the truck to Camelback Collision Center. It was the right decision. David , Lupe and Melisa made sure that we didn’t have to worry about anything. Truck was repaired in the time we were told. Quality of work they performed is excellent. On top of it , they surprised us. There were two spots on the truck that had nothing to do to do with the sun damage. They took care of them. It mean a lot to us since not that often someone would be willing to extra work without charging you for it. We had family emergency when truck was at their shop. Got hit in a parking lot by a guy who ended up with no insurance. I dropped on Veterans Day which I usually do celebrate all day, the delivery got longer because of a wrong light order and the holiday. Scott was patient with my upset attitude & frustration. At the end he took care of the car and made sure that it was safe to drive. All cleaned and vacuumed! Thank you again and God bless you.

This was my first experience getting service at Camelback Collision Center. They charged me $500 for a small dent on my car. Unfortunately, when they returned the vehicle to me, they had forgotten to reattach the inner panel of the rear door. This made it clear that they only performed minor tapping from the inside to fix the dent — nothing was replaced, and the paint scratches on the dented area were still visible. This led me to realize that they might be making a significant profit from minor vehicle damage. I also requested that they refill my gas, and they added $10 worth. I didn’t ask for compensation for the time, energy, or attention I had to spend due to their oversight. I simply expected responsible service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Adam was amazing, had great communication, and got my car fixed a week quicker than expected! Not only did he completely fix the back bumper & replace the battery that was hit in the collision, but he also replaced a few cosmetics my car was missing! My car now looks brand new and I couldn’t be happier. The front desk ladies were also very helpful and kind throughout this whole process and I am very grateful.
