I am thoroughly impressed with the service department. I was told my service would be 3 hours and my car was completed in 1 1/2 hours. I was setting in the customer lounge observing service writersas they were coming to the waiting room visiting with customers and keeping them up to date in real time on how their service was progressing. Top notch!

I unfortunately didn’t end up buying my crosstrek from this exact dealership but Austin Jones walked me through every trim of the available crosstreks and explained everything very throughly. If it weren’t for Austin I would’ve been super uninformed on the premium and limited trims as I was specifically looking into a sports model not knowing all the details so i’m super grateful for that! I will definitely only be dealing with Austin from here on out as I did purchase my crosstrek with a manufacturer warranty so this will be the subaru dealership i’ll be going to! Thank you Austin!!!
