Absolute professionals. Made time for my oil change even though I was not scheduled. Love the inspections they perform and love the photos of any deficiencies they find during the inspection. If your looking for a good priced, knowledgeable and professional car shop, this is the one. I am going to use them as my primary car maintenence shop going forward.

1st let me say I am not a car guy, so when passing through the area on a trip when my ride started acting weird, so I gave them a call and tried describing the problem somehow he knew exactly what I was talking about. I got it to the shop and they had me fixed up in no time. Awesome work and Great service, Felt like I’ve known them my whole life. Recommend Campbells 110%

I’ve gone to Campbell Automotive three times now. Each time has been better than any other mechanic I’ve been to. Big, They communicate effectively (especially Mike). They’re honest and help you make an informed decision. And they’re FAST. They’ve never had my vehicle for more than a full business day.

Normally I work on my own vehicles but at the time I was too busy and wanted the repair done quickly. They had my vehicle for 5 weeks and the issue was still not resolved so I told them I needed it back. When I went to pick up the vehicle the guy behind the counter was rude and insulted me. Took the vehicle home and had it fix in a day and it ended up being an issue I had expressed to them twice I thought could be the potential problem. The owner seems like a nice enough guy and didn't charge me anything but I was still out 5 weeks of not having my vehicle. My biggest complaint is the treatment I received from the guy in the front office at the desk. He needs to learn how to speak to customers.

Took my truck in because my batteries weren’t charging. I just hit 200,000 miles so I knew there was going to be other issues. My front end was making noise and they noticed a few issues. They fixed everything in a day and had me back on the road. My truck now handles better than I can ever remember it handling. It’s crazy how bad I let it get. They fixed only issues that needed fixing. Some parts on my front end were still good so they didn’t replace those parts. They are an honest shop and they’ve never taken advantage of me. If you’re looking for an honest mechanic that will work hard to get you back on the road they are the place to get it done.
