Campbell Collision Center, LLC

This is the second time I've used Campbell's Collision. Both times it was for body repairs from hitting a deer. Not the same car though! Ha! Macon, Brooke, and the others I spoke with and dealt with are just the nicest people you can come across! Just when I thought customer service was dead, they showed me it isn't completely gone. My car looks fantastic! I KNOW they will fix my car and repair it as if it was there own car they were working on. I tell everyone about them that are needing repairs done on their vehicles.

I am so pleased with the repair work Cambell Collision Center did on my Honda Ridgeline. They agreed to work my vehicle into their already busy schedule and even finished in a timely manner. Everyone there is so nice and friendly. They made me feel right at home when I picked up my vehicle. Thank you Macon for guiding me through the insurance process. I hope I will not need a body shop again and I pray that the deer will stay in the woods, but if I do Campbell Collision will definitely get my business. I appreciate all of you!

Beyond impressed with Macon and his team, they are very nice and honest people. My car was backed into and they were able to fit me in quick and kept me up to date with everything. Macon went above and beyond to not only fit me in but help with insurance issues as well. Most definitely will be my go to place from now on. Thank you so much for all you and your team did!

Macon and Brooke were professional, competent and trustworthy. On top of that, they both are genuinely nice people, not "scripted nice" like so many large companies require of their employees, but the real thing! I highly recommend Campbell Collision Center. Both our cars looked great when they finished with them.
