POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE (old white man with long hair). He didn't help me when I explained which air valve I needed (he was asking for a very specific name for the part). I SHOWED him pictures, I gave him the VIN number, but he refused to show me the diagram so I could identify the part (TRACTOR PROTECTION VALVE). this was today 01/10/26 10.30am

All good , Not happy with customer service,, why they just don’t help people’s to get their heavy stuff out of the store ,, no one hold the door for you , you have to take that heavy cart by yourself keep hitting their doors make scratches help people’s atleast get their stuff safely

They will not take back any parts once you bought it. Bunch of rude people have no respect for customers. Bought wrong gas pedal for my truck and when I brought back they didn’t take it claiming they don’t take back electrical. How can gas pedal be electrical?

Took my truck in for basic service. They promised it would be ready in 2–3 days. It ended up sitting in their lot for over a week with no updates, no calls, no progress. Every time I called, they said “it’s next in line” or “waiting on a technician.” When I finally got the bill, it was full of vague charges and unclear labor fees. Definitely not a place I would trust again. Poor communication, slow service, and surprise costs. If you’re a busy owner-operator, avoid the headache and go somewhere else.

Jeremy and the crew in service at Campbell freightliner keasby nj really understand the needs of companies that need trucks repaired. I called Jeremy at 9:00 in the morning for a truck with the A/C out. He said he was going to clear a Bay for me and put me right in. He actually did it!!! Within one hour he diagnosed the problem and repaired it right away (compressor, condensor, a/c dryer). The parts prices were way better than if I bought them myself and the time spent on the work was reasonable and fair. We appreciate you Jeremy
